Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NextUp Bill Pay Ledger ("NextUp," "we," "us") is a DBA of NextUp Capital LLC, 250 Pierce St #203, Kingston, PA 18704. These Terms govern your access to and use of the NextUp website and dashboard application (the "Service").

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscription, trial & billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $9/month automatically.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage billing" link in your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your data

The financial information you enter (income, bills, debts, business transactions) belongs to you. We use it solely to operate the Service — to calculate your totals, calendar, and payoff projections — and do not sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how it's stored and processed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the application, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No financial advice

NextUp is a tracking and organization tool. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on the numbers you enter are your own responsibility.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, pricing, or these Terms over time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextUp Capital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
